| Home comforts, only a stone's throw from the beach
at Wisemans Bridge. |
Brynhowel apartment is a self contained, two-bedroom wing adjoining the
owner’s house. Accommodation consists of: one double bedroom, one
bunk bedroom, bathroom with separate shower and bath, large living room
with woodburning stove, conservatory (opening on to sun terrace) and a fully
equipped kitchen including automatic washing machine.
The beach at Wisemans Bridge is less than 100 yards away and there are views
overlooking the sea and woodland from the main bedroom and from the conservatory
with its adjoining terrace. The apartment is perfect for family holidays,
walking and cycling weeks or self indulgent romantic breaks. For those wanting
an active break, the Pembrokeshire coastal path runs right past the house.

| The bad news...the property is on a hill and is not
suitable for people who cannot manage steps and sorry no pets because
we have cats...and no smokers please. |
| Prices range from £300 to £620 per week.

Occupation times
To allow time for cleaning you may occupy the apartment after 3pm
on the holiday start date and we ask you to leave by 10am on your
last day.
Linen
All bed linen, duvets, pillows, bath towels and tea towels are provided.
We ask you to bring your own beach towels. For a two week stay, we
will provide clean linen on the middle Saturday.
Sun Terrace
The sun terrace immediately outside the apartment will be for your
own private use – we may have to water the flower pots, but
otherwise we will leave you in peace. The rest of the garden you are
welcome to share with us.
Car Parking
The drive will fit 3 cars comfortably with ample room to get in and
out. We have 2 cars – hence the reason for allowing parking
for 1 car only. If this is a problem – let us know and with
mutual cooperation I’m sure we can work round it.
Kitchen equipment
The kitchen is equipped with all that is necessary to cook the usual
meals while on holiday, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle,
toaster, fridge/freezer and sufficient pans, crockery and cutlery.
However I know sometimes you need that oddball ingredient or piece
of equipment – so just ask and we may have it in our kitchen.
TV Video and DVD
The apartment has a colour TV in the sitting room with DVD and video
player and a small colour TV in the main bedroom. The apartment has
the usual family collection of videos and DVD’s from Walt Disney
upwards. There is also a small radio/cd player in the sitting room.
Internet access
We have a broadband radio network in the main house, which can be
accessed in the apartment. If you bring a laptop we can provide the
passwords.
Bicycles, BBQ’s etc
We have 4 adult bicycles, a gas barbeque, garden furniture and probably
other items we have forgotten to mention, which you are welcome to
use.
Babysitting
If I’m in for the evening I would be happy to babysit for sleeping
children.
Finally
Our aim is to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible, rain or
shine. If there is anything we have missed that is important to you
– please ask. We want you to return and/or tell your friends!
